Accounting Assistant Trelise Cooper Ltd location Auckland.

Are you a self-Starter with great initiative. Extremely well organised with great attention to detail. A team player who can work autonomously. A great communicator. Maturity to work within a confidential environment. Able to deliver on tight deadlines to a high standard.

You need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in New Zealand based payroll. Excellent knowledge of New Zealand Payroll legislation. Familiarity and knowledge of HR process. Excellent Excel knowledge Experience in MYOB Premier and Xero. Sound computer skills numeracy and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

The role reports to the CFO. Fortnightly wages pay adjustments and all wage related tasks for a payroll c.100 employees. Handling payroll queries. Accounts receivable including allocations, statements, reconciliations and reporting. Accounts payable including approvals, coding and processing. The role is based in our Newmarket Head Office.
