About the role we are looking for a pro-active and knowledgeable Accountant to join our growing not for profit organisation, while we are making an impact globally, the future team member should be experienced in accounting principles ensuring financial records are accurate as part of compliance requirements being a registered Charity.

Responsibilities liaising with internal departments for financial reporting and budget management experienced in preparing financials, BAS & IAS. Preparation and analysis of management accounts. Collate monthly reporting.

Key Requirements and qualifications work experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant (Minimum of 3 years). Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. Intermediate knowledge of Xero, basic knowledge of MYOB. Accurate data entry. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively with others at all levels. Identify opportunities for process and system improvement. Ad-hoc reporting.

Review and prepare monthly financial information including organisational Budgets, Payroll, Relief Project Financial Management, Balance sheet accounts.

The candidate degree qualified in the fields of Accounting. You will have worked previously in a financial reporting role where you have developed your understanding and expertise of the accounting standards and their application. You will have a high level of attention to detail as well as well-developed written and verbal communications skills. The role is Full Time, 5 Days a Week, office based role in Granville.
