Then look no further we could be the place for you. You will be joining a friendly team and reporting directly to the Head of Finance.  This is an office based role at Terrey Hills on the Northern Beaches.

As a team player with a positive attitude, you will have a degree in Accounting or a related field and CA/CPA accreditation. A minimum of 3 years experience at an Accountant level. Strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end accounting processes.

Substantial experience with MYOB Accounting and Payroll and advanced capability with Excel. Exceptional communication skills. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Solid organisational skills along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

The ability to identify process improvements and assist with project implementation. Be able to work in a fast paced environment. The role you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Finance. Preparing and managing reports across multiple business units.

Bank, General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliations. Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports. Full Function Weekly payroll and Superannuation requirements. Invoicing and end of month processing.

Assisting with and supporting internal and external audit processes. Developing and implementing process improvements. Analysing revenue and expenditure. Investigating and resolving discrepancies. Full function accounts payable and receivable administration.
