Accountant location Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Thomson, North. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd. Education Level Degree. Responsibilities provide key support and prepare company group finance statement in all aspects of finance to management. Responsible for daily accounting operation, variance cost analysis, cash flow planning, working capital management, cost accounting, audit, cost control, inventory control, assets management and good budgetary controls. Handle month end closing process of Singapore entities. Responsible for cost center accounting such as cost allocation analysis. Responsible for the group consolidation and annual report. Assist in reviewing schedules and reporting submitted by subsidiaries. Responsible for intercompany reporting and reconciliations. Review and analyze actual, forecast and budget submissions from overseas. Ensure compliance of audit, tax and statutory requirements. Coordinate, liaise with external parties - auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other government sector. Expert in IFRS Framework and good understanding in Companies Act. To guide and review the work of the supporting team member(s) to ensure the team member(s) can contribute to the timeliness and accuracy of the entities’ financial statements. Liaise with banks when required. Ensure effective management and internal controls are in place. Undertake other assignments including preparation of corporate presentation, process documentation and system change when required. Previous audit and retail experience is advantageous. Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time. The role will be report to the Managing Director and responsible for the full account and account and finance function of the company. Requirements professional qualification preferred acca or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience involving in the preparation or review of consolidated financial statement, Financial/ Management is required for this position. Have retailing experience will be advantage. Strong technical knowledge and hand on experience in consolidation financial reporting. Possess Microsoft Office Skills (intermediate excel skills such as pivot table, Vloopup & etc.) and Consolidation Report. Possess MYOB accounting system, MS Excel, MS Word. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
