The role are you passionate about finance and eager to make an impact in a dynamic and friendly team. We’re seeking an Accountant who is ready to dive in and provide essential support across our diverse finance functions.

Responsibilities will include managing the Accounts Payable process from document management and invoice entry to reconciliations and reporting. Handling bank and credit card processing and reconciliations across multiple entities, including the management of supporting documentation.

Assisting with payroll processing as required. General Ledger and other accounting schedule reconciliations. Maintaining and updating fixed asset registers. Assisting with monthly management reporting and performing variance analysis.

Statutory reporting including monthly BAS and Payroll Tax. Assisting with month-end closing activities. Assisting with half year and full year statutory audits. Providing support as needed for various tasks and projects.

You to excel in this role, you will have a qualification in accounting. Experience in a similar role. A demonstrated understanding of accounting functions and principles. Exposure to and use of an ERP system (Pronto experience highly regarded).

Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and work as part of a team.
