Job description, we are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and inventory management with over 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Hindi and basic Fijian is essential to effectively communicate with our regional team.

Key responsibilities manage and oversee daily accounting operations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Cashflow Management and cost control.

Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock records. Support ecommerce activities including financial transactions and reconciliations.

Collaborate with regional teams and communicate effectively in Fijian and Hindi. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

Qualifications fluency in Fijian and Hindi and basic Fijian Language. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on inventory management.

Proficiency in accounting software Xero, Cin7 and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Fijian and Hindi. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
