They have been steadily growing over the last few years and are now in the position to hire for a Company Accountant. This is a well balanced role which is responsible for the financial management and commercial administration of the business. They pride themselves on their great working culture and would be perfect for someone who is hands on, flexible and looking to take the next step. Your new role management of p&l’s, cash flow statements and balance sheets, preparation of financial reports and analysis, invoicing, debtors and creditors, regulatory and compliance issues including preparation of bas, preparation of annual budgets and forecasting, banking, managing commercial relationships with suppliers, management of policies, procedures and administration, preparation of management and board reporting, recommendations for improvements to reporting, systems and processes. What you'll need to succeed ca or cpa qualification, relevant experience in a comparable position, previous experience in professional services would be a major benefit, highly effective written and oral communication skills, high level of energy, adaptable and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, prior experience using xero.
