Position Title Account Manager (Sales Executive), location Jurong East. Working Days: 5 days Monday – Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm /9:00am -6:00pm. Salary SGD 3,000- SGD 4,000 + Commisssion + (have transport& mobile allowance cap at $300).

Job scope keeping up good relationship with existing and new clients. Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers. Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills. Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment (Main contractors, subcontractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting.

Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation. Generate weekly sales report for management. Undertake tasks assigned from time to time. Good knowledge in construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants in Singapore.

In-depth knowledge on our in-house BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singapore construction market while liaising with client and would be advantageous. Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.

Requirement degree with minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience in AEC software industry. Entry level candidates with Architecture or QS education background are welcomed. Preferably with construction industry experience candidates and QS background. Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated. Pro-active and ability to work independently

Practice integrity and high dedication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities. Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude. Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our in-house products as well as other products in the market while liaising with client. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
