About the role as an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with cabinet makers, joiners, and kitchen companies across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Coromandel. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide expert advice and support to clients, helping them select the best products for their needs. Manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

About you, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in Sales or Account Management within the building industry. joinery, cabinetry, or related industry experience will be highly advantageous. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can understand customer needs and provide solutions across the entire range of products. Is self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships.
