Lighthouse is looking for an experienced Account Manager who is ready to develop and drive powerful and effective integrated communications strategies for our diverse clients, which range from high-profile B2B and B2C brands through to emerging organisations. As an integrated communications agency experiencing strong business growth, we draw on decades of experience across owned, earned and paid channels - both traditional and digital - to deliver clear measurable results that give our clients a commercial advantage.

We are seeking someone who is ready to be part of a fun and friendly team. filled with ambition to deliver powerful communications for great brands using a wide range of channels. Interested in enhancing their management skills by being given responsibility for leading key projects for the business, with support from the Managing Director.

Our clients are some of Australia’s most valuable brands across the corporate, not-for-profit and consumer sectors, and we’re seeking an account manager that ideally will have some experience in finance or technology to add to our strengths.

You will be working with a team of communications rockstars, driving integrated communications programs and providing strategic counsel to clients across all levels, from marketing coordinators right up to CEOs, while working closely with the Managing Director.

On the personal level, we’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly and has the team spirit to pitch in when colleagues need help, no matter how large or small the task. You need to have a demonstrated ability to productively work with clients, and the curiosity and skills to understand their businesses in depth.

So what do you need to bring to the table a minimum of three years’ experience in public relations. Experience managing large corporate accounts, and proven ability to deliver project on time and on budget. A desire to deliver creative and compelling integrated communications campaigns that use traditional and digital media channels to drive results.

Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling that helps brands connect with and convert audiences. Ability to identify actionable insights to connect with audiences and convert them into brand advocates. Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines – no matter how tight they are. An insatiable appetite to keep abreast of the changing communications landscape and innovative ways to create deeper connection. A great can-do attitude.
