What we are looking for we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Endoscopy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling endoscopy products and solutions to healthcare providers, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven track record in sales.
Key responsibilities identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Promote and sell a range of endoscopy products and solutions to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty centres.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, and procurement staff. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase features, benefits, and proper use of endoscopy equipment. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and consultative selling.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in endoscopy technology to position products effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, to align sales strategies and customer needs. Provide excellent post-sales support and address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications experience in the Healthcare field. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in endoscopy or gastroenterology. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures, equipment, and the healthcare market is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
