Hirestaff is looking for an energetic, motivated, driven, and outgoing person to join our sales team as a recruiter on the trades and construction desk. No experience needed as full training provided. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for bringing on new clients, maintaining existing relationships and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients..

Duties & responsibilities business development – bring on new clients through a variety of sales methods. Manage existing client & candidate relationships. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients – this includes writing job ads, screening candidates and placing people into jobs.

A bit about you you’ll have an outgoing energetic personality. Must be motivated and have a strong drive for results. Ability to talk to all types of different people. Experience in working in a fast-paced office environment. Full class 1 NZ driver’s license. Some prior sales experience preferable.
