Account Assistant location Pasir Ris / Tampines, East. GL accounting, east sg, up to s$4k + more bonuses. Job descriptions perform month end closing process including journal entries preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis, ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, year end reporting package/ requirements to regional team, ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with specified policies and procedures, prepare monthly cash flow forecast, complete quarterly p&l forecast & annual budget, support preparation of tax schedules for tax filing, liaise with external auditors for statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements, responsible for tm1 user maintenance (i.e. user creation and deletion), assist the regional team with other administrative tasks for month end close. Requirements diploma or bachelor degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification, minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting role, sap hands on experience is a must good excel skills would be an added advantage, preferably from manufacturing industry.
