A03 Service Officer DFP Recruitment location Brisbane.

Our client within State Government has multiple temporary opportunities in their team commencing in September through to 31st January 2023 (with a possible extension). In this role you will work within a busy team that respond to high volumes of email and telephone correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively negotiate and take action to recover outstanding revenue and finalise debts.

Duties will include investigation of accounts. Maintaining accurate client records. Data entry of account and customer information. Responding to various queries via telephone and email. To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn multiple new systems to effectively manage, retrieve and analyse information. High level attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a national criminal history check.
