A03 Customer Service Officer DFP Recruitment location Brisbane.

Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for three months with a possible extension to commence immediately. You will provide efficient and effective customer service to a range of customers within the Contact Centre team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a call centre, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers to provide clear and concise information in line with guidelines.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to provide a professional and courteous service to ensure that customer enquiries are answered in a timely manner. Responding to queries in an accurate manner ensuring systems are updated accordingly. Create file notes for customers and ensuring actions are taken when required to resolve queries. Conduct follow up calls with customers and to provide updates where required.

Assist with administrative tasks to support the compliance team as required. Reading, interpreting and providing general information to customers in line with policies and procedures. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
