As we develop our growth strategy in NZ we are looking to appoint an experienced General Manager who is able to deliver a new revenue stream to complement our existing success in the Insurance sector.

You will be responsible for leading the current team (very experienced and successful team). Developing C Suit relationships across our existing client base to further drive our brand awareness. Introduction of a new business line that complements our insurance clients and can be scaled into new markets. Developing and implementing the business plan for the above new market. Growth of current team to incorporate the new business line capability. Business development and client account management.

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment leader that is hands on in terms of billing and can demonstrate significant recruitment leadership gained within agency. A deep specialisation in a complimentary recruitment business line to Insurance (IT/Accounting and Finance/ Risk or Banking preferred but open to other sectors also).

A strong business development skill set with proven billings in your specialisation. A drive and confidence to be able to build a new service line. Strategic stakeholder management ability and C Suit relationships. A strong cultural alignment to Ensure recruitment's values.
