Required CLASS 4 Driver license and Forklift license required. Any race of Singaporean/ PR may apply. Ensure manpower allocation for day to day activity and optimize resources for Warehouse & Transport operations. Ensure daily activities and oversee priorities set to ensure planned targets are met for the Warehouse & Transport operations. Ensure activities and implement process controls to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Ensure accurate inventory count using inhouse Warehouse Management System.

Ensure cycle count activities in Warehouse operations is duly conducted. Assist in implementing SOP’s and ensures safety procedures and are being followed by staff at all times. Periodic physical check of air-conditioning units to ensure temperature requirements in storage area are not compromised. Ensure effective housekeeping practices to ensure controlled at all times.

Ensure transport deployment for drivers is adequately managed. Ensure periodic preventive maintenance of transport equipment and vehicles are carried out in a timely manner. Participate in external contractor management, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation. Ensure day to day alignment to targets and drive all personnel to meet KPI. Supports, implements and enforce Acelink Quality Health & Safety System (QHS) programs with respect to job nature. Supports and enforce Acelink ISO9001/ HACCP System programs with respect to job nature.

Assist to implement operation controls of activities in environmental aspects having significant impact on the environment. Maintain proper discipline in the section at all time and ensure strict compliance of company rules and regulations. Ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled. Oversee general Warehouse facilities to ensure serviceability and security.

Implement, deploy and manage company’s new projects pertaining to digitization or process improvement. Participate in Sales & Marketing activities. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superiors.
