Description
F and B Manager location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central. Company Name Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd. Salary USD$1000-$1200, food and accommodation provided with great employee welfare, 18 days annual leave + 28 days of public holiday. Duties manage all aspects of f&b operations and banquet services, lead, coach and train team members (kitchen and service crew) and identify and arrange appropriate training for them, ensure team members adhere to personal grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Requirements willing to work 6 days work week, 8 hours a day, rotational shift including weekends and public holidays previous working experience in f&b banquet is a must, strong leadership skills, knowledge and usage of pos system is a must, comply with the company policies and procedures.
