Accounts Payable Officer Southwest Recruitment location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. Salary $29.30 p/hr + super must have high volume processing experience, pemulway location - $29.30 + super. Several short term temp assignment available – Immediate start. A large Manufacturing Company located at Pemulway is looking for an experienced high volume Accounts Payable candidate to join their large accounts team to assist in the general day-to-day running of accounts payable, reconciliations, data entry and general administration. The position will be to start immediately and is to assist with a backlog of invoices. You will be responsible for processing 500+ invoices per week until the backlog is cleared. You will be responsible for full function accounts payable duties including creating and entering a large number of invoices daily, validation processing, processing purchase orders, eft runs, extensive reconciliations, data entry, administration, general customer service. The successful applicant will have extensive accounts payable experience, exposure to automation such as connx or readsoft, advanced excel, such as v-lookups and macros, full function accounts payable experience within a busy environment, fast and accurate data entry skills, the ability to learn processes quickly, strong communication skills both written and verbally. This is a short term temporary assignment commencing immediately. You must be extremely hard working, reliable and be able to work in a small enthusiastic team.
