Job responsibilities lead and motivate sales team responsible for the management of existing, customer relationship develop and execute sales, marketing plans and strategies for winning new business/ or drive the growth of businesses, formulate competitive marketing proposals to negotiate with potential customers and meet sales targets, ensure proper handling of business requirement to the operations team upon closure of new businesses, manage projects from proposal development to final deliverables in singapore and south-east asia, create and apply an effective sales strategy that will drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging, strong relationships with clients, deliver on sales target through executing, sales strategy and driving performance of sales specialists, oversee the development of marketing, literature, screen potential business deals by analyzing, market strategies and evaluating against internal priorities and capabilities, communicate new product and service, developments to prospective and existing clients. Requirements bachelor/master degree in sales and marketing or business/commerce, or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales, market knowledge & ability to sell to customer needs, strong sales pedigree with track record of training and success in a credible sales environment, singaporean / spr may apply, socially adapt, with good communication and negotiation skills, time management, organization and planning skills, in particular sales planning skills, strong written, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills as well as a team-oriented approach, ability to provide leadership to a team of sales professionals, skilled in problem-solving & attention to details, proficient in ms office and crm software, ability to work under pressure to handle, multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work in a dynamic environment.
