Administration Officer Private Advertiser. MARCUS OLDHAM. We mean business (Full Time). Established in 1962 in Geelong Victoria, Marcus Oldham is an independent tertiary College with a reputation for innovation and excellence in Agribusiness, Farm Business Management, Equine education. We have a vacancy for a full time Administration Officer, to provide general administrative services and high-level customer services to staff and students to support College operations. The role will work with the Principal and broader administration team to ensure the College objectives are met, and that College policies and procedures are followed. In so doing the incumbent will observe a high standard of confidentiality. Skills and Experience to be successful you will have relevant work experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will possess high level interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the provision of quality customer service to a wide range of people. Well-developed organisational skills will be required in the busy and varied work environment. To succeed in this role, you will also have high-level proficiency in computer software packages (Synergetic preferred) and event management experience would be highly beneficial. A current police check will be required. A salary package commensurate with the successful candidates qualifications and experience will be negotiated.
