ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. We have also been selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build the nation’s nuclear-powered submarines – the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia’s history.

About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are now recruiting Finance Graduates to commence in January 2026 on a structured 2-year Graduate program. Located in Henderson, Western Australia this role offers a comprehensive introduction to various aspects of accounting and finance, providing hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment.

This program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accountants.
Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and analysing relevant financial information.
Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and management to support organisational goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to provide financial information and support.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
