Residential Sales Lucron NSW P and L location Sydney. $70,000 – $100,000 per year.
Energetic and reputable estate agency in the busy inner west looking for well presented and confident person to List and Sell apartments and homes in a culturally diverse area.
Ability to source and handle buyer and vendor enquires and most importantly display an enthusiastic approach to life and a successful sales career. Must be experienced in Real Estate day to day operations with highest level of service and attention to detail as matter of propriety.
Offering enormous commission structure and friendly environment and work place. Incredibly versatile role, which will see you take full control of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.
The successful applicant will possess current New South Wales Real Estate Licence and Drivers Licence. Excellent knowledge of current legislation and applications. A great understanding of the sales process from start to completion. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive and ability to work autonomously.
Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. You will have excellent presentation. Love working within a team, and possess a fun and energetic personality.
Familiar with sale C.R.M's systems. Ability in delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers. Continuous ability to source new business. Be goal orientated and career focused.
Duties will include managing and booking appointments. Preparing proposals and associated documentation. Excellent Client management. Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond). Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers.
