Immediate SPass OK – Chef De Partie $2200 and up, Western/Italian Cuisine, full time, Min Pay $2200 and up, Age 18 & above.

Responsibilities prepare ingredients that should be frequently available. Follow the guidance of the head or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations. Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.

Requirements proven experience in a Chef de Partie role. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes. Knowledge of best cooking practices.
