Tasks & responsibilities answering phone, Invoice/Quote using MYOB Account Right, Excellent organisational skills, Multitask, Schedule in job work orders.
Skills required highly organized – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities. Intermediate Microsoft word excel and outlook computer skills. A degree of accounting or previous experience (advantageous). Mandarin and Cantonese language skill is preferred. Professional and friendly disposition.
