The role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Administration Assistant is responsible for monitoring bookings, attending to queries, processing payments, creating memberships, advertising schedules/timetables and other such administrative tasks for the BGS Swim Program and Annandale Gym.

Working 20 hours per week in our newly renovated aquatic centre, the Administration Assistant will work closely with the Head Swim Coach in order to promote the services and use of the BGS Swim Program and Annandale Gym to members of the School and wider Community.

To thrive in this position the successful candidate will possess the following a hands-on attitude and administration experience to ensure the successful operation of the centre/gym. A commitment to providing a high level of customer service and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals.

Experience with basic entry level accounting would be advantageous. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships. The ability to work collaboratively as part of the administration team. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs and requirements of the position.
