Customer Service Representative Randstad location Wellington. Salary $45k - $50k p.a.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative within a leading Wellington based organisation. You will be working within a supportive team in the financial industry so exposure to this environment will be a bonus. Customer service is key in this faced paced environment. This is a temp role for the next few months.

This role is perfect for candidates that always put the customer first - you will be dealing with a variety of customer inquiries s so we are looking for committed candidates who strive for perfection. You must have true passion for customer service.

About you contact centre experience - ideally with an insurance, finance, member services or banking background. Excellent verbal and written communication, Fast learner, Tech savvy, Customer service focused, Ability to work well under pressure, Pay high attention to detail, Worked in a busy call centre environment, Available to work between 7am-8pm - 5 days a week including the occassional Saturday.
