About the role reporting to the Store Manager, the key focus of this role is to develop your managerial skills to take over a management / supervisorial role of tomorrow.

You are expected to learn every aspect of the restaurant's operation. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation by rotating on various positions in Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc. Achieve targeted progress objectives of the training, attend and pass management tests to complete the training program in time. Provide support as needed to various departments. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
