Duration: 2 to 3 Months Contract, location Ubi.
Job description perform diagnose and troubleshoot on defective unit. Dismantle/Assembly defective unit to do repair on necessary parts. Handling draw parts and return parts. Update repair status. Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers’ policies, process and procedures are met.
Responsible for routine customer enquiries and providing prompt and good service. Keep status update to customer if shipment delay. Escalate to management to seek for approval to replacement if encounter issue not within warranty policy. Call, SMS or email customer for collection after repair done.
