About the client our client is a significant player in the global FMCG market, with leading brands internationally. Due to sustained and significant growth, they are currently sourcing for an excellent Finance Business Partner with heads of Supply Chain and Finance to provide detailed commentary and assist with strategic decision making.

Job profile this role is ideal for a fast paced and challenging Finance Business Partner that will work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to assist in making key decisions across the organisation. You will be exposed to key senior stakeholders and responsible for mentoring junior team members.

Reporting directly to the Group Commercial Manager, the key focus areas will be lead annual budget setting and in year forecasts. Monitor and report financial and activity performance against targets, provide, understand and utilise a variety of data sources to support sound decision making.

Customer & product profitability analysis. Weekly sales reporting. Lead and facilitate weekly and monthly presentations to the senior operational management team. Build relationships with operational stakeholders to understand informational needs and drive commercial value.

Candidate profile CA/CPA qualified, you will be a proven commercial finance leader with extensive experience within a Retail or FMCG environment.You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally will be crucial to your success. You will have advanced excel and will be able to operate both in a team and autonomously.
