Description
Accountant location Boat Quay / Raffles Place, Central.
You will be outsourced/deployed to location Loyang (transport provided), Pay $11/h, Working Hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (at least 3-5 day/week).
Responsibilities handle full process of supplier invoices, include close coordination with respective department and update in ERP system. Issuing Debit /Credit Notes. Prepare local and overseas vendors and interco payment. Update payment/receipt in AR/AP & Cash Management.
Handle staff claim. Update employee’s/expat BIK file. Prepare journal in AR/AP/GL. Ensure all expenses are in line with company policy and guideline. Bank Reconciliation (including Credit Card). Inter-company reconciliation and confirmation. Prepare GIT list. Various Sales report. AP reconciliation.
Requirements prior accountant experience. Min Diploma. Able to start immediate.
