IT Service Administrator-Level 2 work in a small, dynamic team focused on improving our service offering. Use your problem-solving initiative to provide outstanding customer service. 12 month opportunity with a view to extend.

The opportunity the position provides end user and enterprise support to the City West Water user community. The role is client facing and requires the ability to understand and resolve technical queries through your mature communication style.  The role will see you approach situations in a pragmatic way to find solutions. The role will require some remote site visits and also include a requirement to provide rostered after-hours support.

What you’ll bring to the role demonstrated experience having worked in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Experience with technology: Microsoft Cloud environments, Azure, Office 365, Cisco, MS products. Qualifications-either Tertiary or TAFE in Information Technology. Experience in Incident Management/Request Management/Problem Management.
