The Company MNI Electrospark All Trade Services provides a range of day-to-day, end-to-end, standard and environmental Electrical, plumbing & carpentry Solutions in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role due to continual growth of the company, we are seeking an experienced book keeper / assistant accountant, preferably with 3 years experience, to join our team. We are offering a competitive salary with superannuation for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities Accounts payable (answering enquiries, data entry, reconciliation). Accounts receivable (invoicing & reconciliation). Assist in the monthly & fortnightly payroll. Assist in month end procedures.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably in the building and construction industry. MYOB experience highly regarded. Strong attention to detail. Highly organised and able to multi-task. A strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
