The fitness industry is regulated for the protection of the general public. Candidates must either be qualified, presently engaged in certification or be prepared to enter a training program. Interested candidates in need of immediate employment require a Certificate III and IV in Fitness (both certificates required – a Cert IV only isn’t sufficient). Also, experience is not mandatory but the right personal attitude is essential.

Traineeship there is currently a massive shortage of skilled Personal Trainers in the industry.  Practically every gym in Australia would take on more PT’s today if they were provided with the right expertise. Our paid Traineeship exists to prepare talented individuals for future roles and accelerate their success. It's specifically designed for women passionate about fitness but lacking in experience or the necessary qualifications. It’s available in multiple clubs across Sydney and you can choose from a full-time or part-time commitment. We’re especially seeking some candidates who will provide a warm and welcoming experience to ladies who find gyms intimidating.
