Accounts Assistant Indesign Media Asia Pacific location Sydney. The role you will be responsible for ensuring credit collection, invoicing, payments, reconciliation and reporting are in a timely order. Working across a different area of accounts will give you the opportunity to learn about the roles in no time. This is a perfect start for you in an accountancy role. Your positive nature keen and enthusiastic approach will let you stand out from the others. Accounts payable, managing weekly cash flow, maintaining and reconciling the accounts receivable and scheduled invoicing, debt collection, building external relationships with clients, liaising with and assisting the sales team with various reports, monthly bank reconciliations, general administrative duties. Your skills and experience show initiative and a pro-active approach to tasks, 1+ year work experience for similar roles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound knowledge of xero and microsoft office, the ability to multitask, be accurate, careful and methodical in work output with attention to detail, strong work ethics, experience in a similar role will be favorable, why you will love indesign media.
