Duties receive and respond to customer’s sale enquiries, study customer’s requirements, arrange and attend site survey with customer, if necessary, participate in tender bids, sales quotations and presentation, follow up with customer on the status of the submitted quotation, execute transportation service requirements and orders fulfillment, liaise with customer and operation team for the initialization of the transportation plan, organize for the on time mobilization of manpower and equipment for the transportation operations, supervision of workers to ensure that all jobs are being done in a safe and efficient manner, response to customer’s enquiries/feedback on operations issues, liaise and discuss with engineer/coordinator on upcoming projects and understand the probable job scopes, other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
