The role we are seeking a passionate it/electronics support officer to join our melbourne office during our exciting period of growth to provide service and technical support to our fast-expanding customer base. Duties and responsibilities together with our professional and customer focused team you will be responsible for delivering service and technical support to our clients across multiple technologies. Services include but are not limited to conducting planned and reactive maintenance as well as full installations both onsite and remotely, providing both internal and external software upgrades and technical support, liaising with customers, addressing concerns and making recommendations on technical matters. Skills and experience previous technical support experience is preferred, experience and familiarity repairing and maintaining x-ray systems (dr, cr and generators) as well as other medical type devices is a bonus, sound working knowledge of windows (all windows os and windows server), exceptional communication, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential, a customer focused attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations, the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, attention to detail, knowledge in tcp/ip networking and database administration, australian drivers licence is required.
