Finance Manager Laseraid location Sydney. Your role reporting directly to the CEO, you will be capable of establishing and managing the day-to-day finance operations across the business, taking full responsibility for all finance functions – you will need a broad range of skills and be willing and able to work independently. Your duties developing accounting systems, processes and reports from ground up, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and financial modeling, full responsibility for month end, statutory accounting, tax management, monthly, quarterly, annual and special purpose investor reporting, presenting monthly financial reports to management and board, supporting internal and external stakeholders as required, coordination with the external auditors, cash flow forecasting, efficient hands-on utilisation of cloud-based myob, xero and payroll systems, full function operational book-keeping, accounts receivable and payable, generate customer invoicing - preparation of monthly statements and follow up with customers. Your skills and experience tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, certified ca or cpa is preferable, crm & cloud-based accounting software experience (xero preferred), strong computer skills, high level of proficiency with excel, financial modelling and analysis experience.
