Medical Receptionist Carindale Medical Clinic location Brisbane. Carindale Medical Clinic is seeking a part time casual medical receptionist for 15-25 hours per week covering both early starts late finishes and a weekend roster. Duties will include se of pracsoft/medical director, greeting of patients and assisting with enquiries, answering phones (3 lines), co-ordinating appointments with doctors and nursing staff, billing/receipting, scanning and document management, maintenance of reception area and doctors' rooms, liaison with pathology services, couriers and other medical practices, use of microsoft office, including outlook, word and excel. About you prior experience in a medical reception role, ideally in a general practice setting. Compassion, warmth and understanding. Good medicine is art as much as it is science.
