Your New Role

As a Test Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role across the delivery lifecycle, combining business analysis capability with hands-on testing leadership. Working across digital, eCommerce and integrated platforms, you will interpret business requirements, define clear acceptance criteria and ensure solutions are rigorously tested and delivered to a high standard.

You will support both project-based initiatives and BAU enhancements, coordinating UAT and SIT activities, developing comprehensive test plans and test cases, and collaborating with stakeholders, developers and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of testing expertise and business analysis experience, including:

Proven experience in a Test Analyst, Test Business Analyst or similar hybrid role

Experience defining business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

Hands-on experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, UAT and SIT

Confidence in working with digital and eCommerce platforms, including front and back end systems

Exposure to automated testing tools and test management practices (manual and automated)

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with third party vendors

Excellent documentation, communication and reporting skills

Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and modern CMS platforms
