Job responsibility lead and manage a team of customer service executives, responsible in overall direction and key performance of the team, ensure supervisory responsibilities are carried out, such as enforcing sla, training of employees, motivating employees, planning and assigning work, rewarding and disciplinary actions of employees and conflict resolution, be the final escalation for difficult issues to handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet customers' expectations, excellent leadership skills, with flair to motivate employees to perform and exceed expectations, ability to manage stress and peak periods effectively, able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s delivery policy, other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job requirement diploma/degree in logistics/supply chain, minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisory customer service role in logistics warehouse/forwarding company, candidates without experience in logistics sector should have a minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a call centre environment.
