Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Execute and publish content across websites, email marketing, and CRM.
Manage digital channels using CMS, personalisation tools, and content calendars.
Optimize the customer journey through UX, CRO, and QA processes.
Coordinate localised roadmaps for customer value enhancements.
Provide insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail & ability to multitask and pivot on priorities.
Passionate about collaboration, teamwork but able working independently & work towards deadlines.
Proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce.
Demonstratable experience and knowledge of CMS and troubleshooting web issues.
