This Opportunity:

As a future Store Leader, you will play a critical role in driving store performance through strong team leadership, service excellence and operational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture
Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution
Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results
Coaching future leaders and contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline
Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven retail management experience (essential)
Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
