About the Role …

We are currently looking for an experienced Barista who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to join the team at our very popular Cafe.

The successful candidate must have full availability.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
Clearing tables and loading dishwasher with dirty crockery
Preparing hot and cold beverages, including various styles of coffees, milkshakes and cold-pressed juices
Preparing and cooking food, including sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, plating desserts, etc (basic cooking experience preferred)
Handling all cash transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Working with a team who have a strong Workplace, Health and Safety focus.

About you…

Minimum 6 months as a Barista
Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as a team
High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
