Join our team as a Territory Manager within our Orthopaedic Instruments division, covering Brisbane South and the Gold Coast.

The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio across Brisbane South and the Gold Coast. This portfolio includes cutting-edge power tools, surgical equipment, and digital technologies used in orthopaedic procedures. You’ll work closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to deliver solutions that enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives
Build strong, trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide in-theatre support and product expertise during surgical procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for your accounts
Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions
Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen
