The right candidate will be passionate, driven, and an experienced Food & Beverage guru ready to take charge of all things Catering & Events. Get ready to set the stage for epic and unforgettable experiences where meetings, conferences, and functions are never boring at W Brisbane. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Managing the Banquets team with the preparation, management, and execution of events
Personally assist all guests by delivering on our Whatever/Whenever service promise
Coordinate with the Banquet Culinary team and Catering & Events Sales team to ensure the events run smoothly and to guests expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
A great understanding of, and adhere to, financial controls and administrative responsibilities
Identify training opportunities and assist the Director of B&F and Assistant Director of B&F in training Talent according to W standards
Lead the team to be their best every day and maintain a positive work culture
