We're on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our team based in Toowoomba QLD!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is passionate about connecting with people. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and via phone/email
Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Striving for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in a customer focused environment
Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
Effective computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
