An exciting opportunity has opened within our Melbourne-based Construction Team for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager. We're looking for a dynamic professional with proven experience to manage and grow both new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll be Doing:

Proactively grow market share across your portfolio
Identify and pursue growth opportunities through strategic planning and analysis
Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline and customer engagement cycle
Collaborate strategically with the broader Sales team
Develop tailored strategies to meet evolving customer needs
Provide hands-on support and build lasting customer relationships
What You'll Bring:

Demonstrated success in Business Development or Account Management, ideally within the Construction or related industry.
Ability to build lasting client connections and deliver proactive, technical solutions.
Confident working autonomously with clear, credible communication.
Skilled in managing competing priorities with urgency, while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
Holds a valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
