Description
IT Support Manager Hallis location Melbourne. Salary $100000 - $130000 per annum. This role will provide a great opportunity for the successful candidate to experience the total business in the fast-growing world of craft. The team currently consists of 15 members with expansion to 100 in the next few years. Reporting to the CFO, this is the perfect role for someone who is driven and self-motivated, enjoys being both a generalist and technical specialist not constrained to one box, and who is able to work individually, and in a team, to deliver business outcomes. This is your opportunity to join one of the up and coming leaders of the independent brewing & distilling industry. Work with a close-knit cross-functional team in an exciting and rapidly growing industry. You will have 3 years experience in an it service-related role in a small to medium business, a strong customer focus and the ability to work directly with end-users and stakeholders, the ability to contribute to change management plans and competence development initiatives, including leading user training, technical knowledge of an office 365 environment including exchange, onedrive, sharepoint and teams, knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and good practices, experience in information and document management architecture and good practices, hands on experience with base it infrastructure including networking, windows, macos, ios and android operating environments, storage and backup, video, telephony and office services (print, scan etc.), experience in applying industry-standard it management frameworks (e.g. itil), experience managing and liaising with external service providers, vendors and strategic it partners. The following are advantageous but not pre-requisites for the role tertiary qualified in computer science, computing, engineering or similar discipline, certifications from relevant core vendors (e.g. microsoft), experience in an operational environment where systems uptime is crucial.
