IT Support Technician Experis AU location Melbourne. Our global IT business is looking for an IT Support/ System Administrator to assist with their long-term project based in Melbourne CBD. Please note - This is a part time role and we are looking for someone to do 10 hours a week - spread across x3 days a week. Provide support for the client's system management processes and tools, including virus updates, data backup and restore services, system monitoring processes and system access processes. Ensure tasks are completed to agreed customer requirements. Assist with the development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines. The right person for this role will have the following minimum 1-year experience with it support, excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, valid work rights and open to work within a part time role, education - it degree/ diploma is a must.
